Our Story
Wigan Wellbeing and Resilience is an umbrella service.
Creative Support, Peer to Peer, WWR PLUS, Imagine and Catch 22 all provide support for the local community with needs ranging from homelessness and tenancy support to mental health and social inclusion. We also actively work with other agencies to ensure a holisitic plan is completed as needed for the individual.
The service provides support in peoples’ own homes, at our hub through structured drop-in sessions, activities and peer mentoring and in the local community. The support team is based at Olympic House in Platt Bridge. This Community Hub will provide a safe, inclusive and sociable space for you to access support and guidance opportunities.
