🌿 Week 2 of Roots to Wellbeing complete! 📸

Our lovely learners took part in a mindful photo scavenger hunt, getting out and about, noticing their surroundings and seeing their local area in a new way. 🌳

We’re proud to share some of the winning photos!

One learner said they “didn’t realise how lovely Mesnes Park was until they visited with us.” 💚

"𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐩 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠....." ✨
After personal circumstances led to him leaving college, 17-year-old Rye felt completely uncertain about what would come next. Walking into a room full of strangers on day one of the The King's Trust Team programme wasn't easy—but taking that first step transformed his future.

Fast forward 12 weeks and he has:

🔥 Built unstoppable self-confidence
🌿 Helped transform a local community garden
🎯 Got a job

If you, or someone you know, feels stuck or unsure about their next steps, Rye’s advice is simple: "If you're in two minds about joining this course, I'd say – just jump in. You won't regret it."

Text KINGS to 80 800 (free of charge) and we'll get in touch to tell you more and have a chat about whether the programme is right for you.
