Over the next few days, we’ll be thanking everyone who helped make Saturday’s event such a huge success. 👏

For now, we wanted to share some of the AMAZING photos from our Big Sleep Out, captured by the talented Fabian Capture. A huge thank you to Fabian for donating his time to join us and take these photos.

We would also like to say a huge thank you to RH Fibreboard Containers Ltd for generously donating all of the cardboard for the event, and to Andy from AC Security for staying awake throughout the night and keeping us safe while we slept. 💙

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part in the Big Sleep Out and raised money in support of our cause. We are incredibly grateful to each and every one of you. 🙏

Arc in the Park you were fantastic! 💙🎉

Official thank yous will follow this week but for now, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made this event truly special for our 50th anniversary.

Attendees, volunteers, performers, supporters, sponsors, community partners, traders, helpers, big sleepers, you are ALL incredible! 🙏

With just under 800 visitors throughout the day, we are so pleased to have raised awareness about the issue of homelessness in Somerset!

The event site is looking fantastic for our community event Arc in the Park at Taunton Rugby Football Club tomorrow. 🎉

Huge thank you to Taunton Town Council and Kev Stratton Production Services who have helped make this event possible and all the performers who have donated their time for free! 🙏

Come along and find out about all the great work taking place in Somerset to help those affected by homelessness and meet many of the great local businesses that support us and help us continue to do the work we do!

Tonight, we'd like to give a shout-out to our fantastic traders who'll be joining us at Arc in the Park with their artisan goodies and sweet treats!

Many of these wonderful businesses are amazing supporters of our work here at Arc, so it was only natural to have them involved. We hope there'll be something for everyone!

Some of them are even taking part in the Sleep Out too. 💙🙏

Arc in the Park has been created to celebrate our 50th anniversary and bring people together in a meaningful and engaging way. 🫶

Alongside being a fun day, the event is also designed to be educational, helping to raise awareness of the realities of homelessness locally and encouraging collective action to drive local change. It also highlights the fantastic work taking place across Somerset to support those affected by homelessness.

We’re delighted to be joined by some of our amazing community partners, who will be with us on the day to share information, offer support, and showcase the incredible work happening locally.

Tonight, as we mark the end of Volunteers' Week , we wanted to share an update on our allotment project and give a huge shout-out to our amazing volunteers Chantal, Chris, Josh, Charlie and Mike. 🌱

They have worked incredibly hard over the past few months to transform this project, and their enthusiasm and commitment have made a real difference. 🙏

If you're interested in finding out more about joining our volunteer team, we would love to hear from you. We currently need support with food collections, events and more!

We’re delighted to share the full musical line-up for Arc in the Park, taking place next Saturday at Taunton Rugby Football Club

So grab your chairs and blankets and join us for a fantastic day of FREE live music. There will also be a variety of food vendors and bars on site, making it the perfect day out for family and friends.

A huge thank you to all of the performers who are generously giving their time to support our 50th anniversary celebrations, and to Kev Stratton Production Services for providing the technical support that makes events like this possible.

We can’t wait to see you all next Saturday! 🥳
