Well done Dave and The Adair Club. Another great initiative to encourage visiting - the life blood of Freemasonry and fun while being a member of the Fraternity.

Well done to our friends from Lodge Marine.

Well done to our friends from Lodge Marine.

Members of Lodge Marine 232EC have demonstrated their continued commitment to community safety by donating £260 to Court Fields School in Wellington, enabling the purchase of four bleed control kits.

The donation was proposed by Bro. Steve Holden, a member of the Lodge, who works at the school and previously served as a paramedic.

Recognising the importance of being prepared for emergency situations, Mr Holden suggested the Lodge support the acquisition of the kits as a precautionary measure to enhance safety on the school premises.

The presence of bleed control kits in schools and public spaces is increasingly recognised as an important step in safeguarding communities.

Bro. Steve Holden commented:
“We are very pleased to support Court Fields School with this donation. The wellbeing and safety of the community are always a priority for us. As someone with a background in emergency care, I know how vital it is to have the right equipment available in those first crucial minutes.
I am grateful to the Lodge for supporting this initiative and helping to make the school a safer place for students and staff.”

Court Fields School has welcomed the donation and the additional safety resources it provides for both students and staff.

Headteacher, Polly Matthews said, “We are extremely grateful to Lodge Marine 232EC for their generous donation and to Mr Holden for championing this important initiative. Nationally it is recognised that having these bleed control kits available provides an added layer of reassurance and preparedness for our community. These kits will support the safety and wellbeing of our community and helps us to be better equipped in the unlikely event of an emergency.”

There are many pieces to the jigsaw puzzle that is Freemasonry. As you join and spend time as a Freemason you earn and collect the pieces. We liked this one shared recently by Lincolnshire Freemasons. It shows that Royal Arch Masonry, indicated by the red and blue apron is inextricably linked to Craft Freemasonry.
