Wood Street Community Choir, Taunton At Wood Street Community Choir we sing all kinds of World songs in 4 part harmony, all welcome! It is a natural voice choir, directed by Catherine Mowat.

Wood Street Community Choir meets on Monday evenings 7.30-9.15 pm. The subscription is £6 per evening - you can 'pay as you go' or pay termly in advance. A concessionary rate £3 may be available for low wage or unemployed - please talk to / email Catherine. We learn songs by ear and sing unaccompanied in a relaxed, friendly environment. You don't need to be able to read music to join in. We meet i

Wood Street choir starts its spring term on Monday 13th January at 7.30pm in the Friends Meeting House in Taunton (Bath Place). New singers welcome! We'll be learning uplifting and joyful songs from around the World - there is no audition, so just come along. PS apologies for yesterday's post - we raised £200 for charity with our Christmas singing, not £300 - thank you to the good citizens of Taunton for your donations!
