BRICKS & BANTER - a men's group using Lego as a tool to lead conversations. Led by an experienced male facilitator (Andy).

CHATTERBRICKS - a women only group using Lego as a tool to lead conversations. Led by a trauma informed experienced female facilitator (Mandy).

SENSORY AERIAL HAMMOCK KIDS CLASSES

✨Small class size (5 children)

Kids aerial yoga is tomorrow with the lovely Charley. Join her every Saturday for a great class suitable for 5 - 16 year olds with autism, ADHD, neurodivergence or additional needs.

Aerial Yoga is an ideal outlet, it uses fabric hammocks that let the body stretch, sway and relax in a way that’s calming and regulating.

The hammock offers both freedom and safety and they can just have fun as well as improve core strength and balance.

A parent/carer must stay with their child to offer support and guidance
