Looking for something interesting to do this half term? Come along to Things That Make Me Smile, art exhibition at The Workstation

Bring the family and strike a pose in our fun photo booth area, pick up an activity sheet to explore the artwork and keep little hands busy. And add colourful dots to our giant pumpkin inspired by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.

There’s something for everyone, and it’s completely free!

Pop in to The Workstation, open 8am to 6pm. Monday to Friday.

The activities offer a chance for families to enjoy some creative time together, but also to have a conversation about what makes each person smile.

The exhibition closes on Friday 30 October, so this is the last week to see it!

On some days, viewing may be restricted because of private events. Visitors are advised to call The Workstation on 0114 279 6511 ahead of their visit, particularly if making a special trip.

And a little reminder about the Sheffield Mental Health Guide, an amazing free resource funded by Sheffield City Council and managed by Sheffield Flourish. The Guide brings together information about services, support, resources and activities for children and adults across Sheffield, helping individuals and families find ways to look after their mental health and wellbeing.

The Workstation | Part of Showroom Creative Hub is open today until 6pm. Lots happening in the city centre so if you want to slow down and take in some art head down to The Things That Make Me Smile art exhibition. There’s also an Activity Sheet for children to do, and have fun with the Photo Booth area upstairs.
