We are The Choir with No Name! We run choirs across the UK with people impacted by homelessness

Every year, we ask our members to share their honest feedback about Choir with No Name.

We want to know what's going well, what we could do better and, most importantly, what impact choir is having on people's lives, both inside and outside the rehearsal room!

The survey helps us understand whether we're achieving what we set out to do, where we need to improve and how we can better support our members in the future.

This year's responses were a powerful reminder of why our choirs matter. 💜

It's Volunteers' Week! 💛

We're celebrating the amazing voluntary teams across our choirs who make the magic happen week after week!

One of the most important parts of our weekly rehearsals is sitting down to enjoy a meal together. Sharing food after rehearsal gives people a chance to relax, catch up with friends, enjoy a nutritious meal and experience the sense of community that makes our choirs so special. We're incredibly grateful to the volunteers who make this possible every week.

Our fantastic voluntary teams regularly roll up their sleeves to prepare and serve meals, creating a warm and welcoming space for members to connect beyond the music. Your commitment and kindness help make Choir with No Name so much more than just a choir.

Did you spot Choir with No Name London on The One Show last night? 🎶✨

Yesterday morning, the choir helped celebrate the return of War Horse to the National Theatre - and what a beautiful morning it was.

We were honoured to sing alongside five other community choirs to mark this incredible story, and hearing all those voices come together was truly unforgettable. ❤️

We’re so excited to share that Choir with No Name Cardiff has been nominated for a BBC Cymru Wales Make a Difference Award 💛⁠

These awards celebrate people and organisations making a positive difference in communities across Wales, and we’re incredibly honoured to be recognised alongside so many inspiring individuals and groups.⁠
⁠
A huge well done to our brilliant choir members, the team that supports the choir and makes the magic happen each week, and to our partners at The Wallich, whose support helps to make our choir community possible.⁠

And thank you to everyone who has sung with us, volunteered, donated, or supported the choir along the way - this recognition belongs to our whole community!✨⁠

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re celebrating the power of singing together 💛⁠

83% of choir members say that being part of choir has helped improve their mental health.⁠

Through music, friendship, hot meals, and community, our choirs create spaces where people can feel connected and uplifted.⁠

Because sometimes singing together can change far more than just your mood! Our choirs are about way more than just singing and we're so proud of our choir communities!
