We work with a variety of community groups, local organisations, schools and social services to ensure toys go to those most in need.

THE JOY BAGS PROJECT✨

We have a dream for this Christmas...

That every child we give to receives their new toys and books in a beautiful, handmade reusable gift bag sewn with love by our community.

And we need YOUR help to make it happen! 💛

✨We are looking for:

🧵 VOLUNTEER SEWISTS
Can you sew a simple drawstring bag? You can sew from home, at your own pace. We provide sewing instructions, it’s perfect for beginners, sewing groups, schools, everyone is welcome!❣️

🎄 FABRIC
You can use plain fabric, any pattern, any colours, any amount! Good way to recycle old/ unused fabric! Just remember these bags are for children!

Why handmade bags?
Because the children we support deserve something special that’s made just for them. Something they can keep forever.

What we need:

What we can’t take:
❌ Broken, stained or incomplete toys
❌ Dirty Soft toys
❌ Anything with batteries that don’t work
