Baby Basics Sheffield We support vulnerable families by providing many of the essentials needed for life with a child 0-5yrs.

Baby Basics has worked in Sheffield since 2009 providing essential baby/toddler equipment to vulnerable families, including but not limited to, teenage mums, those seeking asylum and fleeing domestic abuse and trafficking. We provide clothing, toiletries, equipment, and other essentials needed for life with a new baby. Baby Basics works closely with midwives, health visitors and other agencies to

provide a safe, reliable service that people can trust. Our aim is to not only provide some of the essentials needed but to do so in a way that preserves dignity and speaks value to these families.

Do you have a newborn suitable pram you could donate when we reopen on 1st Sept?

If you have one in full working order (brakes, harnesses etc) that we can safety check and pass onto one of the 21 families we have on our waiting list who's babies are already born, we would be extremely grateful.

2 big this week.

We had some lovely new donations from Tesco Infirmary Road via the community champion.
And some beautifully knitted items along with some donations from the Mother’s Union group at High Bradfield.

We are so grateful for this support and all those other groups who support us in this way too.
