🇺🇦🇺🇦❤️❤️ How on earth did we do this week!

I am absolutely exhausted but just looking at the unit tonight full of pallets loaded with your aid I actually had tears in my eyes! It’s just so wonderful and when you’re “in the thick of it” often you don’t actually look at what has been achieved.
Life saving, life enhancing and joy giving pallets full of Puma family love.
Thank you all so much .. thank you to all our wonderful volunteers both up the unit and out collecting donations.. our donation collectors often go unrecognised but Pat, Pam, Lorraine, Barry & Penny C just a few and then dear Leanne making thousands of Christmas draw bags and sweet bags and our wonderful stitch up group and wool room .. truly team work at it’s absolute finest. ❤️❤️❤️
Slava is already in the Uk and tomorrow will start the journey to Plymouth. Upload will happen from 6am Monday morning and weather predictions are for a fine dry day ☀️

Before I post today’s photos and list parcels and donators I’m sat here staggered at the news of the jet powered drone hitting Dnipro train station. Only a couple of months ago we were at this station .. it’s so busy and full of civilian folk and many children. Why???? 😢😢
Our Christmas aid run does involve us going to Dnipro, it’s more important than ever to show our love, our support and our presence. Please pray for Ukraine tonight, pray for a long and just peace and an end to this aggression 🙏🙏

🇺🇦🇺🇦🙏🙏 Another wonderfully productive day at the unit today despite the rain and floods 🫣
A wonderful team in .. myself and Lazzer out front, Marie, Mave and Maureen on Christmas, Trudi on blanket packs (and helloing us box teddy’s for the orphanages) and dear Lesley in the meds room.
A huge amount of post and parcels received .. honestly it’s just so humbling and every single day I just keep thinking when is this kibble going to burst? How can everyone just keep helping us so much all the time? 🙏🙏 thank you all so so very much 🙏
A little confession I didn’t quite clear all of the post plus some is stuck in Larry’s car (his car broke down on Saturday and had to be towed to the garage along with a days worth of parcels 🫣) Anyways, it’s all working now so he will drop them up the frack of dawn before heading to the sorting office and mine to pick up hopefully more xx

We simply cannot resist sharing these wonderful photos from Mykolaiv, from the Balu animal shelter and Vet Balu veterinary clinic, sent to us by our dear volunteer and vet, Tanya. ❤️🐾 Tanya is an extraordinary woman who helps animals across almost the entire Mykolaiv region. She treats injured and sick stray animals, provides veterinary care for animals in different shelters, and runs her own shelter, which we are proud to support with food, medicines and other essential supplies. She is incredibly grateful to all of you for the lovely pet beds, dog and cat food, knitted blankets, toys and so many other wonderful donations. A very special thank you for the medicines, which are absolutely invaluable for treating sick and injured animals. ❤️ Mykolaiv is a beautiful city where Russian attacks continue day after day. And yet, thanks to compassionate and dedicated people like Tanya, innocent animals, who bear no responsibility for the cruelty of humans or the horrors of war, still have a chance to be fed, kept warm, cared for and given the medical treatment they desperately need. 🐕🐈💔 Every donated item makes a real difference, and every act of kindness helps save a life. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who continues to support these vulnerable animals, especially our wonderful partners at Take Away The Tears, and every single person who donates, knits, collects and helps make this possible. Your kindness reaches even those who cannot ask for help themselves. Together, we are giving them hope, comfort and a chance at a better life. ❤️🐾🇺🇦

A wonderful donation day, loads of fantastic parcels to open and a full team in either sorting, palleting, wrapping or boxing! Today was one of those uplifting days .. the warehouse was full to overflowing with such positive energy .. honestly amazing.🎵🎄
What a team in, Obviously our Sue but also Dick on barrier duty whilst Steve in away (and a sterling job you did do Dr Page) Larry on post and tip, Jon, Melinda, Penny, Carol & Caroline in the warehouse, Mave, Ang & Jackie wrapping Christmas gifts (and dancing 😂) and then our wonderful Kathy & Marie making the Christmas bags and organising Christmas 🎄🎄❤️❤️💪💪

🐾❤️ The stray dogs of the port town of Reni. 🐶💙💛

Our heartfelt thanks go to the wonderful volunteers who continue to care for these vulnerable animals, giving them food, kindness and love. We are also incredibly grateful to our partners at Take Away The Tears for continuing to send much-needed food for stray cats and dogs. 🐕🐈❤️ This support is desperately needed throughout Ukraine, especially in frontline towns and regions, where countless animals are struggling to survive. Thank you for your compassion, generosity and for never forgetting our four-legged friends! Every bag of food makes a real difference! 🙏❤️🐾

Your support means so much to these vulnerable people and makes a real difference in their everyday lives. Thank you for continuing to care and for reminding them that they are not forgotten! 💙💛🙏❤️

💙💛 Today, we are sharing a wonderful video and heartfelt words of gratitude from the town of Zhovti Vody in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. This is where a shelter has become a temporary home for children, elderly people and internally displaced families who have been evacuated from areas of active fighting. Having fled the horrors of war, these people have found a roof over their heads, care and support here, although the town itself continues to live under the constant threat of war.

❤️ Today, the residents of the shelter would like to express their sincere gratitude to all of you for the much-needed aid you have provided: clothing, hygiene products, walking aids, food and many other essential items that make their everyday lives a little easier and more comfortable. 🙏 Every donated item is so much more than just humanitarian aid. It is a gesture of kindness, compassion and a reminder to these people that they have not been forgotten and are not facing their difficulties alone. A huge thank you to the entire PUMA team, all the volunteers and generous donors for your tireless work, kindness and continued support for the people of Ukraine! You are giving these people not only essential supplies, but also hope and faith in a brighter future! 💙💛❤️
