Message from Dave Glynns Daughter

Hi Ritch,
I hope you are well.
Would you be able to add a thanks to everyone who attended dads funeral last Friday, on to your page from me please?
As follows:
Andrea and family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to all the fellow bikers who escorted my dad on his last journey, last Friday. I was blown away by the sight of all the bikes as I came around the corner to the windmill with the Hearse.
The weather was appalling but that didn’t dampen spirits..it certainly lifted mine! My dad, Dave, would have loved it.
It was the best tribute to him. The bearers did a great job too, shouldering him into the chapel, their gentle respect.
I couldn’t have asked for more.
You all did him proud and I’ll certainly never forget your support and love for my dad.

Skittles night at the Westward inn went well with 23 bikers turning up to play. Sue's team ended the evening with 399 points, my team with 392 points .well played. Forgot to get pictures oops.

FURTHER UPDATE
There are road closed signs leading to the Windmill pub. I have spoken to Plymouth highways and they have assurmed no Roadworks are taken place until 1pm.

FUNERAL ES**RT This Friday.
David Glynns FUNERAL. Friday 20th February 1pm@ Tamar Valley Crematorium (Just off Plesseys R/about Towards Royal mail hub) David Glynns Family have asked to have as many bikers as possible to follow Dave on his last Journey. Dave was a member of Mag for years and was one of the original members of the Plymouth Motorcycle club. We would love to send Dave off in style.
MEET at the Windmill pub Leigham, Bampton Road PL6 8QB at 12 Midday. Hope to see you all

Nice little breakfast run via Tavistock, Gunnislake, Callinton,St Germans Millbrook and South Down for Breakfast in Boat yard cafe well nice.

Dave Glynns funeral is on the Friday 20th February at 1pm at Tamar Valley Crematorium Just off Plesseys roundabout. Would be goodto have a big turnout. Meeting place and time will be forthcoming.
