All grades - Monday 8 to 9.30pm

Sensei Hughes has been practising for 50 years and leads our parent organisation - the Shin Shin Aikido Association. Learn how to use the mind and body together to develop your natural power, as well as improving concentration and relaxation. Costs:
£7.50 per session (£28 monthly)
Concessions:
12-14 yrs old £5 (£16 monthly)
15-17 yrs old/students/on benefits £6 per session (£20 monthly)
