Our last session before half term, an autumy wet day and the perfect time for pumpkins. A very busy but lovely session. Some gorgeous makes as always. We'll be back in 2 weeks to have a go at Kinusaiga. More details soon. See you back on the 10th November 🎃🎃🎃 Clare x

It's spooky season so of course we need some pumpkins! Expecting this session to be popular so please drop us a comment or send a message if you're planning on coming, so we know we have enough pumpkins. No experience needed, we'll have various pumpkins, loads of paint and paint pens for finer details too.

This coming Tuesday we are going to be having a go at fabric collage. Everything provided but feel free to bring fabrics, buttons, beads etc that you might want to use. No theme, so have a think about what you might want to create. Attached is a photo of some Mushrooms I did recently using recycled fabrics, beads etc. I might do some embroidery on it too at some point.
Everyone welcome, no experience needed. We can help with ideas too. £5 session. Refreshments included. 12.30-2.30 at Herlington.

We are back at Welland Makers this Thursday to host a ceramic pumpkin painting session.
We'll provide the pumpkins, paints and brews. You bring your imagination and creative flair (and if you feel a bit stuck we can help with that too) 🎃

This coming Tuesday we wrap up our lino printing - we have some small round blocks to have a go at making a stamp. We also have some gorgeous fabric ink to sample on some teeny cotton bags.
So try and think of something small you might like to have a go at carving. The discs are 45mm diameter for reference. The picture is from Cowling and Wilcox website to give an example.

Also if you have something small you might like to print on, hanky / pencil case / small motif on a t-shirt etc feel free to bring it along.

More lino prints today. Aren't they gorgeous 😍
Everyone seems keen to carry on next week so we'll do so. We'll grab some more ink colours too.

We're back on Tuesday, missed your lovely faces! For the next few weeks we'll be doing linocut. Exploring carving techniques and printing.
