Home-Start Lorn is looking for a friendly, motivated and compassionate Family Co-ordinator to join our Mull team. 💜

If you’re passionate about supporting local families, enjoy working with people and would love to be part of a small, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

📍 Based on the Isle of Mull
⏰ Part-time – up to 20 hours per week
💷 £27,392 FTE (pro rata)
📅 Closing date: Sunday 20th September 2026

Morning Everyone,
We're wanting to refresh some of our toys for the family centre and are on the lookout for the following items if anyone is looking to donate unwanted toys:
- Magnetic tiles
- Stepping stones, balance beams, sporty play type items
- Baby role play items (cots, prams, bottles etc)
- Crawl tunnel
- Small world play items (no tiny, chokable parts)
- Cars/ramps
If you have any of the above and are happy to donate them, please let us know by the end of the week (16th aug) and we'll order anything we're still short of after that 💜🧡

We appreciate the ongoing kindness from our community and wholly rely on your support to be able to run 🫶🏻 we do however have limited storage for toy and clothes donations and can only accept prearranged donations where we are able to get them out to families. We can never accept donations left outside our door. Please contact us to arrange a drop off time. Thank you ☺️

Over the next two weeks we have some important staff training and we are going to take some time to give the family centre a little reshuffle. See you in a couple of weeks ☺️
