Final race is on - Portsmouth here we come! After an amazing time in Oban we had a fabulous send off and are now racing down Great Britain to Portsmouth and to meet up with David. Oban here we come! We are racing for Oban and some fun events There is a distillery tour - I better be careful after all my partying on this race! There is a BBQ and music at Dunollie Castle. I understand there is a “Chop for Charity” beard and hair cutting for charity - I don’t want my fur cut but I might go along and watch on 17th July.
Oban looks very pretty I can’t wait but I have been told to get back to Cookie Duty so I better go!

Was a tough few days at the start of the race as we had to turn back towards the USA a few days into the race as my friend Cat had to get airlifted from the boat by the Coastguard due to a pot of boiling coffee spilling over her. She is OK now and we hope to see her in Oban.

We made good time to catch up with the fleet and some big winds helped us have some great sailing. We are now in 6th place and heading for Oban. It’s all still to race for!
