As we prepare for our annual ball this evening we wanted to shine a spotlight on our headline sponsor Austin & Carnley ⭐

On Tuesday evening Trustee Niki was invited to The Brain Tumour Charity Future Leaders event in London.

It was a great opportunity to hear from and meet the leading lights in brain tumour research taking part in this programme funded by the Charity.

Very inspiring to hear updates and progress on the many projects underway, many focusing on glioblastoma 💙

Yesterday Trustee Niki was back at Parliament with her colleagues from Brain Cancer Justice for an MP drop in session to share our stories and continue to push for change.

She was very grateful to our local MP Blake Stephenson MP for taking the time to come along and support us.

Later in the evening Niki also attended a reception hosted by Professor Chris Jones from the Institute for Cancer Research, where she was joined by lots of her fellow Angel Mums. They heard about some of the progress being made in childhood cancer research, and it's always inspiring to hear the work being done, and its potential impact.

With September being Childhood Cancer Awareness Month the whole day was filled with emotion, purpose and a sense of the whole community coming together 💙
