At Community Connections Millom CIC, we believe that everyone deserves access to practical support, reassurance and guidance, particularly when navigating new experiences.
For many young girls, their first period can bring uncertainty, questions and sometimes anxiety.
We are therefore pleased to offer a limited number of FREE First Period Sample Packs, designed to help young girls feel more prepared, informed and confident.

These sample packs offer an opportunity to become familiar with different period products, supported by helpful introductory information.
We understand that conversations about puberty and periods aren't always easy, and we hope that by offering these packs, we can help make this natural stage of growing up a little less daunting.
There is no charge, no obligation and no need for embarrassment. Simply call into our Community Shop to collect a pack.
