2nd Millom Rainbows

Hello Everyone,
Just a quick message, as I couldn't find anyone to help tonight, we won't be able to hold a Rainbow meeting. I will try to get round with some more packs for the girls in the next few days. Next week (the 20th) will definitely be on as one of the leaders from the brownie unit will be helping. Hope to see you all then.

Just a note about tomorrow, the Guides and the Brownies are involved in the Remembrance Parade that will take place in Millom. Due to the circumstances with Janet and the fact it will be a long morning I haven't organised anything official for the Rainbows. However if your girls wish to join us at all, either for the service or ceremony at the war memorial, they are more than welcome, but will have to be accompanied by a parent/carer. They can also wear uniforms if they wish.

Hey Everyone,
It's great so many of you have offered help if we can get a rota going. I've spoken with other leaders from the older groups and have managed to get help for two of the evenings. If we can get the remaining four sorted I can approach our Division Commissioner about potentially re-opening actual meetings. The dates are:-

Monday 13th November
Monday 27th November
Monday 4th December
Monday 18th December

Just have a think and let me know, if two of you want to come together that's fine, but we need to have atleast one.

Really sorry everyone, I didn't know Michelle Johnson hadn't recieved any permission forms back, and we can't do the zoom meeting without them. Unfortunately there will no longer be one this week, but still send forms back to her, so we can so one next week. Tulip 🌷

You heard us correctly! The region staff team is taking part in Children in Need. On Tuesday, 7 November, the region team will be dressing up as different types of bears and walking around the Preston Guild Wheel. You can sponsor us here - https://www.justgiving.com/girlguiding-nwe, 🐻

Today in 2nd Millom Rainbows we had a great time making fruit Kebabs and discovering what we all like and don’t like.

We have just two spaces left at 2nd Millom Rainbows and though we are not on next week ( 1/2 term)
We are back on the 5th June, we meet on Mondays 4.30-6pm
