💚 £1,000 RAISED & A HALF MARATHON SMASHED! 💚

A HUGE Bin Silence thank you to the absolutely brilliant Evie, who took on the Cheshire Half Marathon for us today.

Not only did she complete the 13.1 miles in an incredible 1 hour 57 minutes 🏃‍♀️👏… she has also raised an AMAZING £1,000 for Bin Silence! 🗑️💚

Evie, we are so incredibly proud of you. Every mile you ran and every pound you've raised helps us continue our mission to get people talking, break the silence around mental health and remind people that they are never alone
And a massive thank you to everyone who sponsored and supported Evie along the way.

This weekend, Rikki, a Royal Marine, took on the brutal MACKYARD x 4ZERO Backyard Ultra in the Lake District in support of Bin Silence Foundation.

The challenge? Run a 4.167-mile loop every hour, on the hour, and keep going for as long as you possibly can.

Rikki managed an incredible 54 MILES! 🤯💪

A huge test of physical and mental endurance, all while raising awareness and supporting our mission to get people talking about mental health. 💚

54 miles. One incredible effort. Thank you, Rikki, absolute legend! 🗑️😶💚

It has taken me a few weeks to gather myself to write this post 💚

A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated the 50th birthday of my beautiful friend, Martin.

For those who don’t know Martin, he was the closest person to survive the Manchester Arena attack.

What Martin has achieved since that night is extraordinary. When many would have been broken, he has continued to rise and, more importantly, he has dedicated so much of his life to helping others rise with him.

For his 50th birthday, Martin chose not to receive gifts. Instead, he asked his wonderful friends and family to support Bin Silence.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to properly put into words what that gesture meant to me.

An evening, a friendship and an act of kindness that I will never forget. 💚

This photo captures Martin giving an incredible speech, just before I spoke about Philip, why Bin Silence exists, and the brother I miss every single day.

Martin, thank you. For your friendship, your strength, your generosity and for believing in what we are trying to achieve.

Happy 50th, my beautiful friend. 💚

💚 A little personal update from the Bin Silence family 💚
We wanted to share something that’s been happening behind the scenes. Our wonderful Caroline was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and has now had her operation.

As a family, our focus is very much on supporting Caroline through her recovery. As Bin Silence is such a huge part of our family life, this may mean some small delays with orders over the coming weeks.

We know you’ll understand, and we’re incredibly grateful for your patience, kindness and continued support. 💚

Bin Silence isn’t going anywhere, we might just be moving a little slower for a while
And Caroline… we’re all right behind you. Let’s kick cancer’s arse. 💚💪

A HUGE THANK YOU to the amazing Tracey & Jason, who organised a Coffee & Natter at their beautiful lodge yesterday ....raising an incredible £336.70 for Bin Silence Foundation! 💚👏

What we love most is that it wasn’t just about raising money. It was about bringing people together, having a good old chat, connecting and enjoying each other’s company. 💚☕️🍪

And they’re not stopping there! 🙌

Tracey & Jason have also organised a sponsored walk on Bank Holiday Saturday to raise even more for Bin Silence. 🗑️😶💚
