Unfortunately our neurodiversity speaker is no longer available next Tuesday (16th June) so the therapy talk will now be ‘Inner impulse of self-healing’.

This will cover four topics:
- what is self-healing, what do we understand by vitality?
- positive signs of health and wellbeing.
- the body keeps the score: trauma and trauma response.
- sleep hygiene and improving sleep quality.

This talk will take at 2pm in Blackthorn Café. There is no need to book for either talk, just come along on the day. Free, on-street parking is available in St Andrew's Road (ME16 9AN).
