Meet Cindy 👋💗

In support of Baby Loss Awareness Week, we wanted to share the inspiring story of our wonderful volunteer, Cindy.

Cindy volunteers at our Maidstone shop and sadly experienced the heartbreak of having a stillborn baby over 40 years ago. 💔 Wanting to give back, Cindy chose to support Making Miracles and help other bereaved families receive the care, compassion and support that she never had the opportunity to receive herself. Making Miracles

Cindy’s kindness and dedication are a beautiful reminder of the difference one person can make. Her story shows the power of community, compassion and turning personal heartbreak into something that can help others. 🌸

Handmade with Love by Making Miracles is a crucial part of our mission. Every purchase helps raise vital funds, enabling us to continue providing free specialist counselling and support to local bereaved families when they need it most. 💕

A huge thank you to the Mayor of Medway, Councillor Douglas Hamandishe, for joining us at our Charity Big Knit! It was a pleasure to welcome him and introduce him to our brilliant volunteers & dedicated knitters.

🧶Join us for our Big Knit at Rochester Cathedral today! 🧶

As part of Baby Loss Awareness Week, we’re bringing people together for our Big Knit to raise awareness, create more beautiful handmade knits for our Handmade with Love shops and raise vital funds for the support services we provide to local bereaved families. 💗

We are Handmade with Love by Making Miracles, a charity dedicated to supporting families who have experienced the loss of a baby. Every stitch, every donation and every conversation helps us continue our work and reminds bereaved families that they are not alone.

Whether you love knitting, enjoy crochet or would simply like to find out more about our charity, we would love to see you! Pop in, say hello and join us for a morning of crafting. 🧶💕

The finishing touches are finally up at our new shop at Broadway Shopping Centre, Bexleyheath! 🎉

🌟 A huge thank you to Trustee Matt for coming to the rescue with the final DIY jobs, including fitting our HWL shop window sign. It looks brilliant and really finishes off the shop front! 👏

🌟 Another big thank you to Spectrum Signs & Display at Dockside Chatham for kindly providing us with the printed artwork. Your support means so much to us!
