On Sunday, Caroline attended a new event for Kent's female business owners organised by Kent Girls Club. Along with some great networking, there were some inspiring talks - including one from Sarah Grimshaw, founder of Sisu Fitness Uk and SIP at SISU.

Sarah is one of our mentee's and it was amazing to see her speaking confidently about her business journey and creating equal opportunities for female business owners 🙌

Could you give a young jobseeker the start they need? 🌟

The Youth Jobs Grant helps businesses create job opportunities for young people aged 18–24 who have been on Universal Credit for six months or more and are looking for work.

Eligible employers can receive up to £3,000 per job to support recruitment amongst other benefits to help young people move into sustainable employment.
