"On behalf of everyone within the Disability Access team at Crystal Palace F.C., we would like to say a huge thank you to all of our supporters for your continued patience, understanding, and support throughout this season.
The past few weeks, especially leading up to the Conference League final in Leipzig, have been an incredibly busy period, and we are truly grateful for the kindness and support shown to us during this time. Your ongoing passion for the club never goes unnoticed and is greatly appreciated by us all.
To everyone travelling out to Leipzig for the final, we wish you a safe journey and an unforgettable experience — bring back the win! For those supporting from home, cheer as loudly as if we depend on it!
It has been a pleasure supporting you throughout the season, and we are extremely grateful to have such a loyal and understanding fanbase.

As a committee we would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Rhianna, Nikki, and the wider DLO team. They have worked tirelessly behind the scenes under immense pressure. Their professionalism, clear communication, and absolute commitment to resolving issues for supporters has been invaluable throughout these demanding weeks.
We also want to thank our members for their patience and understanding throughout the European final ticketing process.
We know navigating a major European final for the very first time brought unprecedented challenges, but the constructive attitude and resilience shown by our community made a difficult period much easier to manage.

Finally, thank you to everyone who showed that trademark Palace togetherness when it mattered most. The way our members looked out for one another and cooperated with the club during this process shows exactly what makes our DSA community so special.

🏆 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱/𝟮𝟲 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 🦅

We are proud to announce that the winner of this year's trophy is Ismaïla Sarr!

The award was presented to Ismaïla by DSA member Ruairi Coyne, pitch-side just before yesterday's final home match of the season against Arsenal at Selhurst Park.

In a demanding campaign that has included a deep European run, Ismaïla has established himself as a vital focal point for the squad. Leading the club's overall scoring charts with 21 goals across all competitions—including crucial strikes on our journey to the Conference League Final—his tireless work rate and clinical edge upfront have been a key highlight for supporters.

DSA Chair Charlotte Woodward said: "Ismaïla has shown fantastic dedication to the team throughout a long and challenging season. His pace and sharp instincts in front of goal provided us with some of our best moments of the campaign, particularly during our European nights. He is a very deserving recipient."

❤️ This award is held in loving memory of DSA committee member Karen Green, who passed away in 2022. Karen was a lifelong Palace fan and a passionate advocate for improving accessibility around Selhurst Park to make it a more inclusive venue for all.

The Club have announced some very sad news today.

"Crystal Palace Football Club are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of long serving club employee Pam Groves (1943 – 2026)."

Pam made a huge difference to the experience of so many Palace fans as the club's Disability Liaison Officer and will be missed by so many.

Our thoughts are with Pam's family and friends at this sad time.
