Today we’ve published our statement on the Keeping Children Safe in Education draft guidance, featuring perspectives from our trans ambassadors and CEO Laura Mackay, outlining our concerns about the potential impact on trans pupils and the importance of safeguarding all young people.

For our next LGBT+ Trailblazer Spotlight, our ambassador Phoebe (she/her) highlights Sappho, one of the original LGBT+ icons🌿✨

Writing in ancient Greece, Sappho celebrated love, desire and women’s voices with honesty and heart. Her poetry was so powerful it gave us the words “sapphic” and “lesbian”. Swipe to learn more about her story👉
