All We Can

All We Can All We Can works together with partners to see every person's potential fulfilled. Our story is about the inherent value and potential in all people.

All We Can has served some of the most marginalised communities on earth for the last eight decades – since a group of Methodists answered the call of refugees in Europe, in the 1930s. Whether children fleeing tyranny, communities facing extreme poverty, or families hit by disaster, we answer through partnering with local innovators, projects, and churches to unleash inherent potential. We work wi

th people in vulnerable and excluded communities, in the lowest-income countries, and have developed a reputation for doing development differently – pioneering sustainable, locally-owned solutions in response to John Wesley’s call to:

‘Do all the good you can,
by all the means you can,
in all the ways you can,
in all the places you can,
at all the times you can,
to all the people you can,
as long as ever you can.’

'Localisation is the way to go!'

Yesterday, Mwesigye attended the second day of the AidEx conference in Nairobi, where she met Emily, Executive Director of Integrated Child Services Consult based in Uganda. Hear their reflections about why grassroots decision-making is vital, and how shared context makes all the difference.

Today is World Environment Day 🌍

A day designed to mark the need for global climate action to protect our planet.

We hope you join us as we pray for creation 🙏 :

'Thank you, God, for creating a world of diverse environments,
Habitats that nourish and nurture creatures of the land, water, and air.
Open our eyes to the value and beauty of this planet’s diversity,
And stir us to be stewards who work with and for your Earth.
Alert us to what harms, move us to protect and nurture your creation,
And guide our steps to leave a healthy world for generations to come.
Amen.'

The wonderful Mwesigye Kwarimpa-atim is currently attending AidEx's 'Beyond Delivering “More with Less”' conference in Nairobi.

In this video, she shares her reflections on the conference so far and the question of development being locally-led vs locally-delivered.

Building the capacity of our partners is so important because of the impact they are able to have as a result!!

Great to see the partners from Sierra Leone, Pikin-To-Pikin Movement, Mamie Foundation, and AMNet - Advocacy Movement Network, coming together for shared learning! 💛🇸🇱

All We Can provided a three-day capacity building training for its partner organizations in Sierra Leone, focusing on resource mobilization (fundraising, proposal development, partnership building, and organizational sustainability). The participating partners included Pikin-To-Pikin Movement (P2P), Mamei Foundation, and AMNET. Through this training, the capacities of the three partner organizations were strengthened, enabling them to diversify funding sources, engage donors more effectively, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the long-term sustainability and resilience of their programs and the communities they serve. Follow-up sessions will continue through bilateral discussions to provide ongoing support, reinforce learning, and assist partners in implementing the knowledge and skills gained during the training.

Today is Trinity Sunday, celebrated a week after Pentecost Sunday. It is a day for us to celebrate the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit 🕊️

We hope you join us in prayer on this special day 🙏 💛

'Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,
a perfect community of love.
Help us share your love across a broken world, heal divisions, and unite across differences.
May our actions restore dignity, reflect your glory, and bring you praise.
