3. ⁠Human Right projects launched in The Gambia. 81 schools selected right across the country benefiting over 37000 pupils/students overall at the time.

5. ⁠Best 6 of 30 nominated schools identified to be awarded prizes for Best Acting of the 30 Fundamental Human Right Articles.

None of these would have been possible without our remarkable community. To our volunteers, who give their time and energy without expecting anything in return—you are the heartbeat of this foundation. To our donors whose generosity turns ideas into impactful programs—you are the fuel that keeps our mission moving forward. And to the communities we serve, who welcome us with resilience and trust—you are our greatest inspiration and the reason we do what we do.
The challenges facing our world are complex and ever-changing, but our resolve has only grown stronger with time. As we look toward the future, we carry the lessons of our past and the shared passion of our present. There is still much work to be done, more lives to touch, and more communities to uplift.

As we celebrate this milestone, we renew our pledge to humanity. The consistent, discipline,
honesty, character, integrity, faith, love, and loyalty to the cause are found in abundance in Right Honourable Comrade Eagle Amadou Jawo (Toom).
He's a man of integrity! For the time he's been introduced to 3D, February 2020, he has shown consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values on which 3D is built (Selflessness, Willingness, Courageousness, Integrity & Appreciativeness). Simply, he does what he says he would do without excuses💪💪
On our this unglamorous, lonely dusty road, his greatest ability lies in his dependability. As human beings, we are driven toward consistency and coherence in our perception, thinking, feeling, behaviour, and social relationships, which are all anchored in reliability.
A grateful disposition in him brings about other virtues like compassion, humility, wisdom, trust, and heartiness. He has abundance in these which is not what we hold in our hands. Rather, it's what we have in our hearts. And until we realise this, both (hands & hearts) will feel empty.

When we first set out, we were guided by a simple yet monumental vision: to serve humanity, and to build bridges of hope where they were needed most. Years later, that vision has transformed from a distant aspiration into a living, breathing reality, written in the lives of the thousands of individuals we have been privileged to support.

Part 12: 2 of 2 of Honourable Ambassador-at-large Borri Darboe's 9th Anniversary Message.
Nine years of selfless service to humanity by 3D Gam & Global), our beloved Foundation whose name says it all: DECISION DETERMINE DESTINY (3D). The DESTINY has proven true in the most beautiful way over nearly a decade of exceptional hard work.
Ladies and Gentlemen, every great institution has a story, and the story of 3D is one that deserves to be told and retold. Respect colleagues, Honourable Guest of Honour and Honourable Guest Speaker and people of 3D, 3D began not in a boardroom, but in London apartment, in the mind and heart of one young Gambian, Mr Amadou Marong. Filled with love for his country and a deep conviction that he could make a difference even if were to be in small way. The rest is history if it were small - Koina to Kartong - Health materials, Human Rights Educational Materials, Drug Awareness packages to over 264 schools (Nursery, Basic, Upper & Senior Secondary). The Gambia University - EDUSA, The Military, other Institutions and social groups added to over 264 schools across the length and breadth of The Gambia cannot be small!
Mr Marong's decision in London has helped shaped destiny of great many beneficiaries. Nine years on that decision has borne extraordinary fruit. Added to the above is helping in food security through its Bean and Maize farms in Kiang Dumbumto and Jali respectively.
Growing international voice - Chairman Marong has been invited over the years as part of keynote speakers and this was formally extended to Youth For Human Rights International Conference in New York where Chairman Marong delegated Honourable Foday Bayo to represent 3D. He was invited to South Africa Human Rights Conference but again he extended this to colleagues in Gambia but couldn't attend due to financial limitations.

To celebrate 3D, is not merely a celebration of anniversary, but a moment of reflection, gratitude and renewed determination and commitment.
We celebrate the volunteers and collaborators who have given their time, resources and most importantly their hearts to a cause for humanity and humanity alone.
Ladies and Gentlemen, an anniversary is also an invitation to all of us: the public and private sectors here at home and abroad. 3D's work deserves our moral and material support so that far greater impact can be felt right across every village and town in the country, God willing.

According to William Shakespeare, "some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them."
Going back to the world-renowned author, Honourable Ambassador-at-large Borri Darboe as fondly called and known in 3D, a name he deservedly carry due to his input in 3D from the very beginning to this minute.
Borri belongs to the 1st of the three phrases the great William Shakespeare making up the sentence. This not because he once wanted to hijack the KIANG MANSA Title 😀 from CEO MAMOS MEDIA Marong (Lamin Marong) or has truckloads of Dalasi! He has a humanistic heart in the shape of a S***m Whale's heart! It is not the Dalasi or throne that changes and touches the hearts of rather unknown entities in the Land, but those that go undetected delivering beyond inner Family circles. I know, man is inherently selfish, a reason some are just blindfolded by the "Me!" Borris benevolence know no limits. Knowing Borri and not agreeing to this evident assertion tantamount to hypocrisy.

We particularly commend 3DGam for remaining guided by its powerful principles:

These principles are reflected in the organisation’s consistent efforts to serve communities with humility, purpose, and integrity. 3DGam under the inspiring leadership of Amadou Marong has shown that sustainable impact is created through compassion, inclusion, and a willingness to support those who need assistance most.

We also applaud the organisation for recognising schools, leaders, teachers, and representatives who have demonstrated commitment to its ideals and philosophical undertaking. Such recognition encourages excellence, strengthens partnerships, and inspires others to contribute to the development of their communities.

The support extended to the fourteen beneficiary schools will help reduce some of the challenges faced by learners and teachers. PS L. Camara, the most experienced Permanent Secretaries in Gambia who was educated here in London! A man of very high integrity. He never allowed to be used! He's always prepared to sacrifice his freedom for this! If you know, you know! He served under various ministries in the 2nd Republic and still serving!
We know each other long time ago and has never metamorphosed into egoistic individual. Position hasn't changed him from the yester years. When the idea of 3D was introduced to him in the first two months of the Eagle Family, he never hesitated to join 3D philosophical undertaking of putting people before oneself. He couldn't have witnessed 3DGam launching at GRTS Headquarters because wasn't in the country at the time.
He has on many occasions provided keynote speech from anniversaries to presentations of important materials to schools/institutions including EDUSA of Gambia University. He has since worked with us towards a brighter tomorrow in humility and in the spirit of humanity🙏🙏

Only if one was an absent-minded novice in 3D, he/she slept walked into our first 4 years without noticing your leadership skills! Doing what we did as our Country Director, achieving with diverse professionals in our Church Mice House (Cabinets - Gam & Global), would make an ordinary think Homeland General job is easy because you made it looked easy, even though I know how challenging it was especially when you came in that teething times.

We're all very proud of what you achieved within 4 little years of our existence ✨️ ❤️ 🙌 💙 An asset of your type must be around with such an unblemished record to support and guide in our this unpopular venture because of its lack of worldly reward.

Among it's key achievements and programmes are it's continued support to communities and vulnerable groups, educational and youth focused initiatives, community development interventions, charitable contributions, and programmes aimed at strengthening solidarity and improving the welfare of people in the 3DGam way.

Part 9: Tracey Coleman of Youth For Human Rights International 🙌🙌
It's not easy to have an English, a German & Irish to put their job on the line and entrust so much trust in one man they haven't actually worked with before! This is exactly what Tracey Coleman of Youth For Human Rights did with Sarah and Damien.
Over 16000 Human Right Materials (Booklets, DVDs, Human Right Booklets, Lesson Plans, Posters, Banners...) and over 8000 Drug Awareness Materials (Booklets, DVDs, Drug Awareness Booklets, Lesson Plans, Posters, Banners...). That is being used up to this very minute.
She raised £275 for 3D without our knowledge which was used towards the total expenditure of £950 on this year 9th Anniversary.
Not surprised by the benevolence of Tracey because phenomenal people do phenomenal stuff💪💪

3DGam continue to deliver to humanity led by the magnanimous Mr Marong, his strong Executive Team, his media Team @ Mr Marong of Mamos TV & the Volunteers on the ground, inspiring and delivering hope to the Gambian people.
Humanity is not just a body of people - it is their livelihood, their values, their self respect & respect of others and an impulse for a better life for one & all.
3DGam are certainly an action group who DO ! They have been working with ‘Youth for Human Rights International’ educating the Gambian Youth in their 30 Human Rights (at after schools clubs) for the last 9 years - reaching over 400,000 people - school going (Nursery, Basic, Upper & Senior Secondary). The Military, Institutions and social groups added to over 264 schools across the length and breadth of Gambia.
When I say working - I mean they went into action!! 3DGam are not a talk shop.
Knowing your rights is so essential as these rights empower a person, they give one Dignity, and help bring Peace and Understanding to us all, living in this world together.
Human Right no. 29 says ‘Responsibility’ this means responsibility to know your 30 rights and make sure others know them too. 3DGam has taken on the assignment.

3DGam are a living breathing entity that is bringing a positive impact to our society. I know this through my direct work with Mr Marong here in London and what I see across their social media platforms.
We need more groups like 3DGam in this world.

We have seen you apply what you know about us with the precious time you have. You didn't just stop at willing, but you did.
Your involvement with 3D is in full alignment with an Ethiopian Proverb: "When spiders unite, they can tie down a lion." With people like you, the lion will be at the mercy of poor little spider 🕷 web because we would be pure silk, fine, delicate, illuminating but strong as well'💪The lonely lion🦁would be at our mercy! Aslamu Alaikum 3D family. It gives me immense pleasure to have yet another gift from Allah SWT to witness the 9th year anniversary.
The past years have been marked by tremendous success and achievements in support of humanity in many facets. The 3D stands out as a unique philanthropist organization with enormous value to humanity. Anniversary message from a highly respected veteran journalist, NAKEBAA (elder), former Honourable Minister of Communication - D. A Jawo. I was opportuned to drink from his fountain of knowledge and experience in Journalism while going into 6th Form on my occasional freelancing at the only Daily Paper in The Gambia at the time: Daily Observer!

He never sold his soul to anyone from the time I knew him when I was finishing my "O" Level. Got to know him more in June 1994 Journalism Training Workshop when I was in Lower 6. Up to this minute, he has ever remained steadfast on the honourable 4th arm of the state; not what has now been hijacked by schoolboy journalism - greed, false reporting, inciting violence and hatred, immorality and daily slaughtering of Shakespeare 😭

Birthday anniversary to 3D Family by D. A. Jawo
Once again, we are observing another anniversary of the 3D Family. It is nine years ago that this wonderful developmental initiative was conceived by a group of dedicated young Gambians with the objective of giving selfless service to their fellow Gambians and humanity at large.
Personally, I have never regretted being associated with the initiative from its very conception. I can still quite vividly recall being contacted by Amadou Marong, the chief executive, when he conceived the idea and asking for my advice, and after explaining his objectives, I was convinced of its noble ideals and I gave it my endorsement, and the rest is history.
The 3D Family has since evolved from a small group of friends and acquaintances to a big family involving people of different backgrounds and nationalities, and engaged in various charitable and social activities. It had been quite active in various humanitarian support services such as education, health and various other socio-economic activities.
As a non-political and non-religious organization, It has mainly been targeting young people and the disadvantaged members of the communities, both at home and abroad. Therefore, both the 3D Family and its global platform, 3DGlobal have continued to positively impart the lives of many ordinary Gambians and non-Gambians alike, in virtually all other areas of human endeavour.
As part of its efforts to spread its tentacles across the length and breadth of the country and beyond, the 3D Family has also been involved in various other areas of social work such as the provision of health materials and the fight against the drug menace, especially targeting the young people. This is being done through engagement with schools and other institutions in various sensitization campaigns, through the provision of materials as well as using drama, mainly in the local languages, which is certainly contributing quite positively in the shaping of the minds of the young people. It is being done through the great sacrifice of its numerous dedicated volunteers.
However, in order for the 3D Family to realise its full potential as well as continue to positively contribute to the socio-economic advancement of the society, it deserves the full moral and material support from the Gambian public in order to continue with its invaluable service to various sectors of the community.
I wish to take this opportunity to wish all the dedicated volunteers and the entire membership of the 3D Family a very happy 9th anniversary, and may the Almighty continue to guide you in your endeavours to continue to serve humanity - Ameen.
