With Navratri starting today, Sunday 11th October, here's everything you need to know before joining us at the Darji Pavilion! ✨
📅 DATES & TIMINGS
We invite you, your family and friends to join us at Darji Pavilion for our Navratri celebrations, with live music from Rajeev Sharma & Friends.
🪔 Navratri: Sunday 11th – Tuesday 20th October
🏆 Aatham: Monday 19th October – including our Aatham Aarti Thali Competition - check out our website for the competition rules and judging criteria! https://darjimandal.org.uk/event/navratri-2026/
🏹 Dussehra: Tuesday 20th October
🌕 Sharad Purnima: Sunday 25th October
🕢 Garba begins at 7:30pm
💃🏽 Sunday–Thursday: Until 11pm
💃🏽 Friday & Saturday: Until Midnight
🙏 Aarti will take place at 9:15pm each evening.

🎟️ ENTRY & TICKETS
Daily Passes – Available at the Door on the day:
• Members & ages 16+: £4pp
• Non-members & ages 16+: £5pp
• Children aged 15 & under: FREE
✨ Entry is FREE except on Friday, Saturday, Aatham and Sharad Purnima
Entry will be on a first come, first served basis, and purchasing a Season Pass does not guarantee admission once the venue reaches full capacity.
We strongly encourage everyone to arrive early to avoid disappointment, particularly on our busier evenings. Darji Pavilion has a maximum capacity of 300 people. For everyone's safety, once we reach this limit, we will unfortunately be unable to admit any further attendees. Please note that Season Passes do not guarantee entry.

🏆 Aatham Aarti Thali Competition – £1 entry fee to be paid upon booking your Aatham Aarti
🏹 Dussehra Aarti – £5
🌕 Sharad Purnima Aarti – £5
10% of Aarti donations will be donated to the Nepal Relief Fund.

If you or your family would like to sponsor Prasad on one of our Navratri evenings, please get in touch or enquire at the front desk.
If bringing Prasad, please ensure that it does not contain eggs.
🍽️ FOOD & REFRESHMENTS
We're pleased to have Kuki's Catering with us throughout Navratri!
Come early, enjoy some delicious food and catch up with friends and family. Food and refreshments will be available to purchase.
🚗 PARKING
Parking at the Darji Pavilion will be limited.
For fire safety reasons, the centre of the car park must remain clear at all times to allow access for emergency vehicles. The car park will be closed once full.
Please be aware that UK Power Networks is carrying out roadworks on Oakthorpe Road until 19th October 2026.
🚦 Temporary traffic lights and parking restrictions are in place on Oakthorpe Road between Ecclesbourne Gardens and Chimes Avenue.
🚗 We encourage anyone visiting Darji Pavilion to allow extra travel time and park considerately on surrounding roads.
Please follow any parking instructions, park considerately and travel together where possible.

Photographs and videos will be taken throughout Navratri and may be shared across DMMUK's communications and social media platforms.
