Introducing guest chef at Thursday’s QE Dine, Meg Shmeegly👩🍳
20 years exp in venues such as Chewton Glen, Chelsea Club, BOHA, The Queens Head, plus volunteering with St Mary’s Church supper club and AMURTS meals for the homeless, Meg is a perfect fit for what we’re creating.
Meg grows much of her own produce and is bringing seasonal ingredients from her garden straight to your plate this Thursday. Her cooking is rooted in connection, to the land and to the people around the table, something you can really feel throughout the menu:

Main
Fire-Roasted Chicken, charred asparagus, crispy crushed potatoes, shaved fennel, lemon caper dressing, roast garlic jus
