For this week’s , Allen Simpson, our Chief Executive, touches on the recent VAT announcement made by the Chancellor.
 
A cut in VAT to 5% for kid’s meals, family tickets to visitor attractions and children’s soft play over the summer holidays will offer some support to the sector and the cost of a British summer holiday. However, we will continue to apply pressure on the Government to see a broader cut in VAT for hospitality businesses.
