If you are struggling following an abortion (whether recently or many years ago) please know that you are not alone. So often this grief is carried without ever being shared.

Our post-abortion support weekends offer the opportunity to process some of the emotions you have been experiencing, in a safe, loving and welcoming environment. In light of this, this will be done in a small group setting, facilitated by trained advisers. (Spaces are therefore limited.) Our retreats are delivered from a Christian faith perspective, however all are welcome!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?

Sometimes someone we care about shares something deeply painful — and we realise we don’t know what to say or how to help.

Many women, and men, carry the emotional impact of abortion quietly, often feeling alone, unsure where to turn, or afraid of judgement. As friends, we may want to help… but can feel unprepared.

Our upcoming 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙠 𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙈𝙚 training session is designed especially for people who want to support those around them with compassion, wisdom, grace and truth.
