We’re looking for a Community Leader in L'Arche Edinburgh.

This role involves overseeing care and support for 16 adults with learning disabilities across four locations, while leading a committed team and ensuring services remain high-quality and financially sustainable. It is also about shaping a community rooted in belonging and ensuring that people with learning disabilities have a strong voice in how the community grows!

If you bring senior leadership experience and a genuine commitment to person-centred support, this is a unique opportunity to lead with both purpose and responsibility. ☺️

Meet Eve! 🚴‍♀️

Eve has been part of L'Arche Edinburgh since September 2024 as a Live-In Assistant, bringing care, kindness, and joy to the people around her. This June, she is taking on an incredible challenge: cycling all the way from L'Arche Highland to Edinburgh to raise money in support of the community before she wraps her time with us. What a farewell!
