Yesterday, Green Party members backed the “Zionism is Racism” motion during their 2026 conference.The motion formally adopts an anti-Zionist position and reaffirms support for Palestinian liberation, the right of return, BDS and an arms embargo on Israel.The significance goes beyond the vote itself as it shifts the conversation towards the structures that have produced Palestinian dispossession.

Our Palestine 101 workshop series is a space to build your knowledge, strengthen your understanding and practise talking about Palestine with more confidence.

Together, we’ll explore key histories and political frameworks, unpack some of the narratives that shape public conversations about Palestine, and think through how we can respond with greater clarity.

Join us with National Survivor User Network (NSUN) for the Madness and Palestine Solidarity Circle, a bi-monthly online space to think, learn and feel together around Palestine, mental health, militarism and colonialism.

Using short, accessible and non-compulsory texts and videos, we’ll open up discussion around western psychiatry’s role in genocide, and the ways mental health is understood, reported on and used by those in power, in Palestine and the UK. Our first session will look at how psychology has been shaped by colonialism and capitalism, and how these systems continue to shape how we understand ourselves, others and everyday life.

In the weeks since Sliman Mansour’s passing, reflections on his life and work have continued.
