We're hiring a Philanthropy Officer! Could it be you?

As a Philanthropy Officer, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality stewardship of donors, including administrative and communications support across the donor lifecycle.

Key details:
- Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 p.a. pro rata, dependent on experience
- Hours of work: 3 days per week (0.6 full time equivalent) including Mondays, usually worked between 9am and 5pm
- Location: Leeds (city centre offices) with some work in Bradford, and hybrid working options
- Contract term: Permanent contract subject to a three-month probationary period
- Closing date: Thursday 2 July 2026
- Interview date: Wednesday 15 July 2026

We’re investing in pre-natal, post-natal and early years development with The Flint Family Fund.

We've funded 16 Leeds community organisations through the latest round, and they'll support both short and long-term health and wellbeing outcomes for parents and children.

Often it’s the ordinary, everyday stuff that makes a difference. Somewhere to go for a cup of tea and a chat. Having someone you can ask when you don’t know how to do something on your phone. Meeting a group of friends for arts and crafts every week.

All those little touchpoints add up to big changes.

They make people less feel lonely. They give people independence. They help people gain confidence. And they encourage people to open up and share what’s really going on.

Community organisations across Leeds are there for people like this every day. They provide safe spaces and a listening ear, and they meet people on their own terms. And because of that, they learn what support people need and how best to help them get it.

They change people’s lives.

We’re proud to invest in local community organisations, and we’re grateful for everything they do to help make Leeds a fairer place.
