Learning Disability Week
This week we took part in an art workshop that reflects this year's Learning Disability Week theme, "Do You See Me?", which promotes visibility, inclusion and recognition of the contributions people with autism and learning disabilities make to society.
The ‘From All Walks of Life’ project uses images of people walking together to symbolise unity, shared experiences and collective action. The trainees created their own footstep cards using a range of craft materials, contributing their unique designs to the wider artwork. Everyone had a lovely day expressing themselves through art.
