Busy day at KFP! 🌿

Our Thursday volunteer team made great progress: the first memorial bench (thanks to APS) is now in place by the Beryl Burton cycleway, wildflowers grown from local seed (Field Scabious, Ragged Robin, Oxeye Daisy) were planted by the new hazel coppice, and solar panels funded by the Waugh Trust are being installed at the Garth by Oasis Energy. Looking good!

We launched our KFP dog-walker campaign today at Knaresborough Forest Park — a friendly appeal to ask dog owners to keep their dogs on a lead while visiting the site, to protect ground-nesting birds and other wildlife.
