💙 You are stronger than you think.

Sometimes progress doesn’t look like huge changes or big achievements. Sometimes it’s simply getting through today, asking for support, setting a boundary, or taking one small step forward.

Every step counts. Be proud of how far you’ve come.

At LilyAnne’s Wellbeing, you don’t have to face things alone. Whether you’re experiencing mental health challenges, navigating neurodiversity, or simply need someone to listen, we’re here for you.

💙 Be kind to yourself.
💙 Your mental health matters.
💙 You are not alone.
💙 Support is always here.

🏆 WE’RE WINNERS! 💙

We’re incredibly proud to announce that LilyAnne’s Wellbeing has received the Award of Excellence 2026 for Outstanding Contribution to the Community.

For us, this award represents something much bigger than recognition. It represents every conversation, every person who has walked through our doors, every volunteer and team member who gives their time, and every organisation, partner and supporter who believes in what we’re trying to achieve.

Our mission has always been simple: to be there for people when they need someone. To listen without judgement, provide meaningful mental health and wellbeing support, embrace neurodiversity and help build a stronger, more connected community.

We’re incredibly grateful to E2 Media for recognising the work happening every day at LilyAnne’s.

Most importantly, thank you to our community. This achievement belongs to you as much as it does to us. 💙

We’ll keep listening.
We’ll keep supporting.
And we’ll keep working to make a difference.

Here for you. Here with you.

Jodi was one of those truly special people who was always there for others. She cared deeply, loved wholeheartedly, and somehow always seemed to know when somebody needed her.

She gave her time, her kindness and her support so freely. Whether it was a listening ear, a few words of encouragement, or simply being there when someone needed her most, Jodi had a beautiful way of making people feel cared for.

She had a beautiful heart and soul, and we feel incredibly lucky to have known her and to have called her a friend.

Her kindness, her smile and the love she gave to others will never be forgotten. She will always have a very special place in the hearts of everyone at LilyAnne’s.

Rest peacefully, Jodi Day. 🤍

A much-loved friend of LilyAnne’s, and a beautiful soul who will always be loved, remembered and deeply missed. 🕊️🤍

We’re officially Mental Health Support Service of the Year 2026.

We don’t know who nominated us but we’d like to thank every single team member, service user and supporter of our charity for this award.

If you wouldn’t ask for their advice, don’t take their criticism.

💙 Imagine this in Hartlepool: mental health support on the day you need it.

No waiting months for an appointment.
No being passed from service to service.
No feeling like you have to reach crisis point before somebody listens.

At LilyAnne’s Wellbeing Hub, we believe mental health and wellbeing support should be available within the community, when people need it.

Our vision is simple: support on the High Street, right in the heart of Hartlepool.

A welcoming place where people can walk through the door and find someone who will listen, help them understand their options and connect them with the right support.

Under one roof, we’re bringing together:

💙 Listening and emotional support
💙 Counselling
💙 Peer and community support
💙 Autism & ADHD support
💙 Advice, resources and signposting
💙 Coffee mornings and opportunities to connect
💙 Links into other local and specialist services

Not everyone needs the same thing. Sometimes someone needs counselling. Sometimes they need practical advice. Sometimes they need help finding the right service.

And sometimes, they simply need someone to listen today.

We want to help create a Hartlepool where people don’t have to navigate the mental health system alone or spend months wondering where to turn.

The LilyAnne’s Wellbeing Hub is about bringing support closer to people — accessible, welcoming and rooted within the community.

Because early support can prevent problems becoming crises.

Hartlepool deserves mental health support that starts when people ask for help — not months later.

💙 “I couldn’t heal because I kept pretending I wasn’t hurt.”

Sometimes the hardest part is admitting that things aren’t okay.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before asking for support. You don’t need the right words, and you don’t need to justify how you’re feeling.

At LilyAnne’s Wellbeing, we’re here to listen.

Whether you’re experiencing mental health challenges, navigating neurodiversity, feeling overwhelmed or simply need a safe space where you can be yourself, our team is here to support you without judgement.

🏆 WE WON! Mental Health Support Service of the Year 2026/27!

We’re absolutely over the moon to announce that LilyAnne’s Wellbeing has been awarded Mental Health Support Service of the Year in the North England Prestige Awards 2026/27. 💙

This recognition means so much to us.

Every day, our incredible team works to make sure people in our community have somewhere to turn — whether that’s through counselling, listening support, peer support, neurodiversity support, coffee mornings or simply having a safe and welcoming place to be.

But this award doesn’t just belong to LilyAnne’s.

It belongs to our staff, volunteers, counsellors, listeners, trustees, partners, funders and supporters — and most importantly, every person who has trusted us to be part of their journey.

What started with a determination to do things differently continues to grow into something we’re incredibly proud of.

💙 Building stronger communities through better wellbeing.

Thank you to everyone who makes our work possible. This one belongs to all of us.

💙 SECURED FOR THREE YEARS.

LilyAnne’s Wellbeing is the heart of the high street.

We’re incredibly proud to share that funding from The National Lottery Community Fund has secured the work of LilyAnne’s Wellbeing for the next three years.

A huge thank you to National Lottery players. Every ticket purchased helps make funding like this possible, and for our community, its impact will be felt for years to come.

This funding will help us continue providing accessible wellbeing and mental health support, including:

💙 One-to-one counselling - while developing counsellors of the future supporting students in there final year of university to develop their practical skills in a community setting.

💙 Listening support for people who need someone to talk to - while developing a team of trained volunteer listeners to be there for those who need someone to talk too.

💙 Neurodiversity support

💙 Coffee mornings and peer support groups tackling loneliness and isolation

💙 Community connection and wellbeing activities

💙 Practical signposting and referrals to wider services

💙 Early intervention, helping people access support before reaching crisis

Most importantly, it gives us the security to plan for the future and continue developing our vision of Support on the High Street — making wellbeing support visible, accessible and part of the community.

For a small charity, three years of funding provides something incredibly valuable: stability.

It means we can focus on what matters most — being there for people when they need us.

To every National Lottery player: thank you.

You might never meet the people your ticket helps, but your support is helping us build stronger communities through better wellbeing. 💙
