We are proud to announce our 8️⃣7️⃣th Community Public Access Defibrillator is now live at The Highlight Active Hartlepool - Hartlepool Marina.

This Community Public Access Defibrillator is located on the side of the building 24/7 and registered on the National Defibrillator Network - 'The Circuit'

💙 We really appreciate the continuous support we receive from our Town & beyond we could not provide these lifesaving devices without you.❤️

Today, Wednesday 17th June, marks the 5th anniversary of the Sudden Cardiac Arrest and passing of Danny Shurmer.
Danny is missed and remembered everyday by his family and friends and his legacy lives on in the work of DS43.
Rest in peace Danny, your memory is very much with everyone in Hartlepool 💙❤️

We received a £10 donation last week from Monty Deer - he "sold" one of his unused games and donated the money yto our charity.
This is the same Monty who cleared snow from paths a couple of years ago and donated his "earnings" to the charity.

This week is National Volunteers Week. We would like to say a massive thank you to our Volunteer Guardians who are on duty 365 days of the year, not just Volunteer week. We really couldn't manage without you all. You are all a huge part of the success of DS43. Thank you all 💙❤️

We are aware of an incident overnight involving our defib cabinet/post at Old Cemetery Road/Thorpe Street on the Headland. Thank you to those who brought this to our attention. The defib is not in the cabinet (we have it) and has been taken off the defibrillator network whilst we reinstate the post. 💙❤️
