Next Saturday!

Come and meet our neighbourhood Community Safety Officer who will be pleased to meet you all on Saturday, September 12, 10:00 - 12:00. He will be visiting the library to informally advise you about how to stay safe online, protect yourself from the different kind of scams and answer all your questions.

A lovely new logo for the library by The Relentless Artist-Artwork by Helen Salmons !
Helen also drew our wonderful Tree Trail!

All trophies will be presented at our Annual Awards evening on Wednesday 16th September at 7pm. Venue: Starbeck Methodist church.
Winners of the Community Art Competition will also be announced!

Starbeck Community Library is open all day today (Tuesday - closed for lunch 1-2pm) if you want to get your entry form in for the Summer Show on Saturday.

Don't forget the Starbeck Summer Show on Saturday at the Methodist Church! Free entry to the public from 11:30am.
Refreshments are available & there'll be a produce & plant stall in front of the church.

Star performer of the Summer must be this yellow Rudbeckia from Harrogate Horticultural Nursery
It's a variety called "Amarillo" - that's fairly easy to remember!
