🌿 NEW from Trauma Informed Parenting!

We’re really excited to announce the addition of our 4-week New Mums Digital Programme 💛

Becoming a new mum is a huge transition. Alongside the love and joy, there can be stress, overwhelm, fear and moments when you wonder if you’re getting it right.

Across these four sessions, parents will learn about the importance of self-compassion, co-regulation and generational patterns. They will learn how these can influence their relationship and connection with their new baby.

They will explore how our own nervous system and emotional state can affect our baby, and how understanding this can help parents respond with greater calm, connection and compassion.

The programme provides practical, trauma-informed tools and understanding to help new mums feel more confident, supported and less alone during those early months.

And we’ve made it available as a digital programme that organisations can deliver themselves for a donation, over 4 x 2hr sessions in the same way as our 8 week programme. making it easier to bring this support directly to the families they work with, delivered by those they already have a relationship with.

Because supporting parents early matters. ❤️
