23/08/2026

Hello, welcome to Home Ed Wed! If you're new here, let me explain what it's all about:

I'm Jenny, an Exeter based home-ed mum. Exeter Library kindly offer the use of the Rougemont Room to the home-ed community and I volunteer to put on a programme of home-ed activities.

Each session is run by a different group or individual. The programme and contact details are listed below, so please use the relevant contact details to book your spaces. I organise this for free, but I also run the Copper Wire Craft session so I will make money if you come to that (please support me :) ).

All sessions are held in the Rougemont Room, on the second floor of Exeter Library, accessed via stairs and lift,

Age ranges given are the recommended ages. If your child is outside of the age range but you think the activity would be suitable for them, contact the session leader as they might be able to accommodate you.

If you are a home-ed parent or activity provider and you would like to run your own Home Ed Wed session in the future, please get in touch.

We really enjoyed our session with Andrea from Walrus Writing . It really got us thinking and was paced in a way that prevented anyone from overthinking or getting bored! Adults were encouraged to get creative as well as children. We hope Andrea will come back and do another session for us in the autumn.
