As a Learning Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people with vision impairment and complex needs to develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

📍 Location: Exeter
💷 Salary: £25,100.01–£26,276.87 FTE
⏰ Hours: 43.25 per week
📅 Term-time only – 38 weeks per year
🗓 Closing Date: 1 July 2026

💧 Our pool is leaking! Can you help?

Today, we're launching an appeal to repair our specialist pool before the start of the new college year in September.

For many people we support, our pool is much more than somewhere to swim. It’s somewhere they can move freely, build confidence and enjoy a sense of independence that’s not always possible on land.

We're determined not to let the people who rely on the pool lose access to something so important, but to fund the work we've had to use our emergency savings. It is going to cost almost £100,000 to fix.

A donation of any size would make a real difference.

☀️ Feeling hot, hot, hot... ☀️

It's all about keeping cool at InFocus College this week!

With temperatures rising across Exeter, our beautiful 13-acre campus is providing plenty of shaded outdoor learning spaces for students to enjoy.

One class has been using fresh ingredients to create a refreshing non-alcoholic sangria – the perfect way to stay cool while developing valuable communication skills.

Learning, fresh air, and a delicious summer treat – what could be better? 🍓🍊🍹

InFocus staff have been taking part in a charity-wide sweepstake to raise money for a cause close to their hearts.
