We had a great time delivering stop motion workshops in Plymouth and Torquay over the last week for Age Without Limits Day, where participants were invited to create stories that visualised the positives of aging.

Some great films were created, and everyone discovered how rewarding and mindful this type of activity can be

Animating Devon is supporting this month, with a FREE stop motion workshop for over 55yrs in Plymouth Libraries or Torquay Library

Just last month, research from UCL suggested taking an active interest in art and culture helped people age more slowly, and with this free activity aimed at supporting the positives of aging, this is a great chance to test that theory out.

Our trainers will give you the tools to not just make your own short sequences, but also learn how simple it is to do in your own home - great for the summer holidays, and activities for those that have young people they look after

We had a visitor to YMS HQ today, Tom Williams from BBC Radio to find out a little bit more about what we do at Yellow Mouse Studios and Animating Devon
