Little Sonic named by the lad that found him at Exminster primary school arrived emaciated with ticks only 150g. After a dodgy few days heā€™s now eating and gaining weight.

ļæ¼ Sadly the little one that arrived the next day was not so lucky but finders had seen him for a few days earlier out in the day before getting help thinking as he was active he was ok but sadly he was in pain and asking for help.

Next a lady hog who was seen laying in the entrance of her house with flies around initially she didnā€™t look to bad because sheā€™s quite fluffy making her look fatter than she was, she initially she was passing blood and extremely heavy burden of internal parasites. She is still not eating independently so is being syringe fed, sheā€™s such a gentle soul.

3 little ones arrive yesterday evening after been seen coming out in the day for the last few days, they put on a whooping 90g between them overnight. But sadly their mum has passed lungworm onto them.(only 2 in the picture 3rd one is camera shy)

Also yesterday a lady with a bad toe from the vets to let the skin heal over.

Sadly Iā€™ve had some really sad cases in the last week which were just found too late and their condition was very poor making it so hard save but rest assured I tried my very best, which is no consolation.šŸ˜¢

Poor Potato came in the spring as a babe and got released back to his garden where he for some reason didnā€™t thrive and was seen in poor condition out in the day. He has bad ringworm and fleas both treated but as you will see from the photos he still has dry skin and loosing his old prickles affected by the ringworm but if you look closely he has new spines coming through. After having a moisturising treat you can see just how many heā€™s actually losing.
