Next week’s Born To Be Wide sync panel is set to feature speakers who have worked on a broad range of productions including Black Mirror, Top Gear, Saturday Night Live, The Crown, The Witcher and The Gentlemen.
Taking place at Leith Arches on Thursday 29 January it will feature music supervisors Isaac Allaway (Feel For Music, Edinburgh), Lena Obara (Sector C, Berlin) and Lorna Hall (Lala Music, London). They are joined by producer/songwriter Dan Gautreau (First Cut Music, Kingdom of Fife).
The discussion will focus on how the sector can be developed in Scotland and creating new income opportunities for artists, publishers and labels, with speakers offering practical insights for placing music in film, advertising, games, tv and trailers.
Following the panel, guests will have an opportunity to meet and socialise, with speakers playing a selection of tracks from their favourite placements.
