Our events team have a full calendar of activity for the coming year. To better support the team and the delivery of our events as well as working with our clubs, we are introducing a new role as events logistics and facilities manager. The need for this new role has become more apparent with the additional logistical need to move equipment around and many clubs are looking for new facilities, with many at the early stages, and need support to see them to completion.
We are sadly saying goodbye to Steven Maloney, our lead manager for events. Steven has over 18 yearsโ experience and will be hugely missed. He has worked in several roles over the years at Scottish Gymnastics and will still be active in the community as a coach. We wish Steven all the very best.
