Unpaid Carer Guidance & Advice Sessions 23rd June

We're hosting a free day of guidance and support for unpaid carers on 23rd June, covering what to do in an emergency (everyday first aid) and understanding dementia.

If you're an unpaid carer, this is a great chance to pick up some practical knowledge, meet others who understand what caring is really like, and enjoy a free lunch 😉

No pressure to stay for the whole day, or even a whole session. Pop in for a chat, a question, or just lunch, we're here to support you, however that looks.

🕙 10am–12pm: What to do in an emergency (calm and practical, no tests)
🍽️ 12pm–1pm: Free sit-down lunch, courtesy of Crichton Central
🕐 1pm–3pm: Understanding dementia
