Lillie's Lodge has received some lovely feedback today which i would like to share.
Throughout my involvement with a mother and child accommodated at Lillie’s Lodge, I consistently found the staff to be highly professional, welcoming, and accommodating in facilitating my visits, whether these were planned or undertaken at short notice.
The staff demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting both the mother and child, maintaining open communication, and providing comprehensive, detailed reports that contributed significantly to informed assessment and decision-making. Their observations were thorough, objective, and evidenced a clear understanding of the family's needs and progress.
What stood out most was the level of care, dedication, and practical support offered by the team. Staff were proactive in providing guidance and advice to the mother, helping her to develop her parenting skills and confidence while ensuring the child's needs remained central to all interventions. They were consistently available to offer reassurance, encouragement, and practical assistance when required, often going above and beyond what would ordinarily be expected.
The environment at Lillie’s Lodge was warm, nurturing, and supportive, creating a safe space in which the mother was able to engage with support services and work towards positive outcomes for herself and her child. Based on my professional experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Lillie’s Lodge as a high-quality placement and support service. The commitment, professionalism, and genuine care demonstrated by the staff make it an invaluable resource for vulnerable parents and their children, providing a nurturing environment that promotes positive change and family wellbeing.
