Stay & Play at Currynierin Community Centre

Looking for a fun, friendly morning for your little ones?
Our Stay & Play group is a great chance for babies, toddlers and preschool children aged 0–5 years to play, explore and learn together.

Wednesdays | 10am–11:30am
£1 per child
A relaxed and welcoming space for little ones to have fun while parents and carers connect too.

Women’s Voices. Women’s Strength. Women’s Leadership. (16+)
A supportive space for women to connect, share lived experiences and support one another through peer connection and open discussion.
Through wellbeing, resilience, confidence building and empowerment activities, the programme will help women strengthen their skills, build self belief and explore opportunities to take on leadership roles within their communities.

It's back! Echoes of Us is a programme of shared stories, creativity and conversation, bringing people together each Wednesday in St. Columb's Park House to connect, learn, lunch and reflect through a range of activities; limited spaces, so sign up today by contacting your community centre.

Together, these sessions will create a welcoming space for participants to share experiences, explore creativity, develop skills and build connections through conversation, storytelling, crafts and art.

Through interactive activities, discussion and creative expression, participants will explore different cultures, build understanding and develop greater respect for diversity and shared society - all facilitated by Theatre of Witness Network (TOWN).

Thursday 8 October 2026 – History, Heritage & Traditions
Thursday 15 October 2026 – Respect, Diversity & Shared Society
Thursday 22 October 2026 – Creative Cultures
All ages welcome! The session time will be decided in agreement with all signed up participants in late September. The first session will take place in Currynieirn Community Centre.

Lunch Club

Come along to our Lunch Club every week at Currynierin Community Centre, 1pm–2pm.
