β€œWe envisage a society in which mental health problems are an acceptable and in some ways valued part of the human experience.”

Mike Slade, Lindsay Oades, & Aaron Jarden, 2017

Removing the stigma is essential to producing a better quality of living for people, a healthy mind is crucial and most of us are in a recovery position. We are here to support you to bear the weight alongside you and guide you as best we can through the fog until you see the daylight again, and we will be there even after that. πŸ¦ΊπŸ’š

This is just an appreciation post for all those amazing people that support and help our team, your kind words and messages mean so much to us, and although we don't always have the time to reply, just know that they are greatly appreciated.

We continue our work in the spirit of hope, sometimes that's all we have and more often than not, it's all that we need to get through the day. Better to be kind to others and remember that we all have bad days, but we recover and come back stronger than yesterday.

Thanks again from all the team πŸ’š.
